one Lord, one faith, one baptism,

Because there is one bread, we who are many are one body, for we all share the one bread.

There is one body and one Spirit, just as you too were called to the one hope of your calling,

Then there will be two men in the field; one will be taken and one left. ¹ 

There will be two women grinding grain with a mill; ¹  one will be taken and one left.

Then two outlaws were crucified with him, one on his right and one on his left.

They were distressed, and one by one said to him, “Surely not I?”

Now an intermediary is not for one party alone, but God is one. ¹

So now there are many members, but one body.
