I will think about all you have done; I will reflect upon your deeds!”

They were defiled by their deeds, and unfaithful in their actions. ¹ 

‘The Lord God of Israel who rules over all ¹  says, “Take these documents, both the sealed copy of the deed of purchase and the unsealed copy. Put them in a clay jar so that they may be preserved for a long time to come.”’ ² 

then he says, ¹  “Their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no longer.” ² 

I signed the deed of purchase, ¹  sealed it, and had some men serve as witnesses to the purchase. ²  I weighed out the silver for him on a scale.

They blasphemed the God of heaven because of their sufferings ¹  and because of their sores, ²  but nevertheless ³  they still refused to repent ⁴  of their deeds.

I took both copies of the deed of purchase ¹  and gave them to Baruch son of Neriah, the son of Mahseiah. I gave them to him in the presence ²  of my cousin ³  Hanamel, the witnesses who had signed the deed of purchase, and all the Judeans who were housed in the courtyard of the guardhouse.

He ¹  will reward ²  each one according to his works: ³ 

because the person who gives him a greeting shares in his evil deeds. ¹ 

“After I had given the copies of the deed of purchase to Baruch son of Neriah, I prayed to the Lord,

So Moses was trained ¹  in all the wisdom of the Egyptians and was powerful ²  in his words and deeds.

There were two copies of the deed of purchase. One was sealed and contained the order of transfer and the conditions of purchase. ¹  The other was left unsealed.

You plan great things and you do mighty deeds. ¹  You see everything people do. ²  You reward each of them for the way they live and for the things they do. ³ 

I will remember the works of the Lord. Yes, I will remember the amazing things you did long ago! ¹ 

I scattered them among the nations; they were dispersed throughout foreign countries. In accordance with their behavior and their deeds I judged them.

Little children, let us not love with word or with tongue but in deed and truth. ¹ 

to give you thanks, ¹  and to tell about all your amazing deeds. ² 

amazing feats in the land of Ham, mighty ¹  acts by the Red Sea.

I will denounce your so-called righteousness and your deeds, ¹  but they will not help you.

They do not realize ¹  that I remember all of their wicked deeds. Their evil deeds have now surrounded them; their sinful deeds are always before me. ²
