The one who comes from above is superior to all. ¹  The one who is from the earth belongs to the earth and speaks about earthly things. ²  The one who comes from heaven ³  is superior to all. ⁴ 

Praise him, O highest heaven, and you waters above the sky! ¹ 

The Lord is exalted over all the nations; his splendor reaches beyond the sky. ¹ 

“A disciple is not greater than his teacher, nor a slave ¹  greater than his master.

when he established the clouds above, when the fountains of the deep grew strong, ¹ 

Above the platform over their heads was something like a sapphire shaped like a throne. High above on the throne was a form that appeared to be a man.

Rise up ¹  above the sky, O God! May your splendor cover the whole earth! ²

For you, O Lord, are the sovereign king ¹  over the whole earth; you are elevated high above all gods.

For the Lord is a great God, a great king who is superior to ¹  all gods.

Such ¹  wisdom does not come ²  from above but is earthly, natural, ³  demonic.

What then would be one’s lot from God above, one’s heritage from the Almighty ¹  on high?

And I will perform wonders in the sky ¹  above and miraculous signs ²  on the earth below, blood and fire and clouds of smoke.

Above the foundation ¹  the best ²  stones, chiseled to the right size, ³  were used along with cedar.

For as the skies are high above the earth, so his loyal love towers ¹  over his faithful followers. ²
