And in his name the Gentiles ¹  will hope.” ² 

And again it says: “Rejoice, O Gentiles, with his people.” ¹ 

We are Jews by birth ¹  and not Gentile sinners, ² 

a light, ¹  for revelation to the Gentiles, and for glory ²  to your people Israel.”

They ¹  will fall by the edge ²  of the sword and be led away as captives ³  among all nations. Jerusalem ⁴  will be trampled down by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled. ⁵ 

Now I am speaking to you Gentiles. Seeing that I am an apostle to the Gentiles, I magnify my ministry,

and thus the Gentiles glorify God for his mercy. ¹  As it is written, “Because of this I will confess you among the Gentiles, and I will sing praises to your name.” ² 

Or is God the God of the Jews only? Is he not the God of the Gentiles too? Yes, of the Gentiles too!

to be a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles. I serve ¹  the gospel of God ²  like a priest, so that the Gentiles may become an acceptable offering, ³  sanctified by the Holy Spirit.

And again Isaiah says, “The root of Jesse will come, and the one who rises to rule over the Gentiles, in him will the Gentiles hope.” ¹ 

Then ¹  he said to me, ‘Go, because I will send you far away to the Gentiles.’”

I will rescue ¹  you from your own people ²  and from the Gentiles, to whom ³  I am sending you

not in lustful passion like the Gentiles who do not know God.

“Land of Zebulun and land of Naphtali, the way by the sea, beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles –

But the Jews who refused to believe ¹  stirred up the Gentiles and poisoned their minds ²  against the brothers.

When both the Gentiles and the Jews (together with their rulers) made ¹  an attempt to mistreat ²  them and stone them, ³ 

“Therefore I conclude ¹  that we should not cause extra difficulty ²  for those among the Gentiles ³  who are turning to God,

“Therefore be advised ¹  that this salvation from God ²  has been sent to the Gentiles; ³  they ⁴  will listen!” ⁵ 

even us, whom he has called, not only from the Jews but also from the Gentiles?

And again, “Praise the Lord all you Gentiles, and let all the peoples praise him.” ¹
