I will remove you from ¹  your office; you will be thrown down ²  from your position.

Now the believer ¹  of humble means ²  should take pride ³  in his high position. ⁴

For the one who does wrong will be repaid for his wrong, ¹  and there are no exceptions. ² 

This saying ¹  is trustworthy: “If someone aspires to the office of overseer, ²  he desires a good work.”

In three more days Pharaoh will reinstate you ¹  and restore you to your office. You will put Pharaoh’s cup in his hand, just as you did before ²  when you were cupbearer.

“Then the tent of meeting with the camp of the Levites will travel in the middle of the camps. They will travel in the same order as they camped, each in his own place ¹  under his standard.

Then ¹  the manager said to himself, ‘What should I do, since my master is taking my position ²  away from me? I’m not strong enough to dig, ³  and I’m too ashamed ⁴  to beg.

Otherwise, if you are praising God with your spirit, how can someone without the gift ¹  say “Amen” to your thanksgiving, since he does not know what you are saying?

“‘You ¹  must not deal unjustly in judgment: ²  you must neither show partiality to the poor nor honor the rich. ³  You must judge your fellow citizen fairly. ⁴
