While ¹  the Pharisees ²  were assembled, Jesus asked them a question: ³ 

He must become more important while I become less important.” ¹ 

“I have spoken these things while staying ¹  with you.

In a little while you ¹  will see me no longer; again after a little while, you ²  will see me.” ³ 

Now while Jesus was in Bethany at the house of Simon the leper,

She went out and told those who were with him, while they were mourning and weeping.

Now ¹  while Zechariah ²  was serving as priest before God when his division was on duty, ³ 

While ¹  they were there, the time came for her to deliver her child. ² 

While ¹  they were perplexed ²  about this, suddenly ³  two men stood beside them in dazzling ⁴  attire.

While ¹  they were talking and debating ²  these things, ³  Jesus himself approached and began to accompany them

Jesus ¹  said these things while he was teaching in the synagogue ²  in Capernaum. ³ 

While he was saying these things, many people ¹  believed in him.

While this was happening, ¹  the high priest questioned Jesus about his disciples and about his teaching. ² 

They ¹  continued to stone Stephen while he prayed, “Lord Jesus, receive my spirit!”

While they were screaming ¹  and throwing off their cloaks ²  and tossing dust ³  in the air,

For while we were still helpless, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly.

But the one who lives for pleasure is dead even ¹  while she lives.

They ¹  said to each other, “Didn’t ²  our hearts ³  burn within us ⁴  while he was speaking with us on the road, while he was explaining ⁵  the scriptures to us?”

Jesus replied, ¹  “The light is with you for a little while longer. ²  Walk while you have the light, so that the darkness may not overtake you. ³  The one who walks in the darkness does not know where he is going.

But while everyone was sleeping, an enemy came and sowed weeds ¹  among the wheat and went away.
