to be renewed in the spirit of your mind,

who satisfies your life with good things, ¹  so your youth is renewed like an eagle’s. ² 

He gives strength to those who are tired; to the ones who lack power, he gives renewed energy.

“Listen to me in silence, you coastlands! ¹  Let the nations find renewed strength! Let them approach and then speak; let us come together for debate! ²
