If only I were predisposed ¹  to keep your statutes!

I will keep your statutes. Do not completely abandon me! ¹ 

I keep your commands eagerly and without delay. ¹ 

I keep your rules; I love them greatly.

“Get dressed for service ¹  and keep your lamps burning; ² 

Keep thinking about things above, not things on the earth,

Does a farmer just keep on plowing at planting time? ¹  Does he keep breaking up and harrowing his ground?

Furthermore, if two lie down together, they can keep each other warm, but how can one person keep warm by himself?

when he said, ‘Go to this people and say, “You will keep on hearing, ¹  but will never understand, and you will keep on looking, ²  but will never perceive.

But Esau said, “I have plenty, my brother. Keep what belongs to you.”

So you must keep ¹  this ordinance at its appointed time from year to year. ² 

Moses said to them, “No one ¹  is to keep any of it ²  until morning.”

“‘You must keep my Sabbaths and fear my sanctuary. I am the Lord.

You must keep my Sabbaths and reverence ¹  my sanctuary. I am the Lord.

“‘If, however, ¹  you do not obey me and keep ²  all these commandments –

but I show covenant faithfulness ¹  to the thousands ²  who choose ³  me and keep my commandments.

So keep the commandments, statutes, and ordinances that I today am commanding you to do.

So you must keep his ¹  commandments, live according to his standards, ²  and revere him.

Be certain to keep all the statutes and ordinances that I am presenting to you today.

You must obey him ¹  and keep his commandments and statutes that I am giving you today.”
