Stay away from every form of evil.

For in him all the fullness of deity lives ¹  in bodily form,

¹ who though he existed in the form of God ²  did not regard equality with God as something to be grasped,

After this he appeared in a different form to two of them while they were on their way to the country.

And the Father who sent me has himself testified about me. You people ¹  have never heard his voice nor seen his form at any time, ² 

At ¹  that time ²  they made an idol in the form of a calf, ³  brought ⁴  a sacrifice to the idol, and began rejoicing ⁵  in the works of their hands. ⁶ 

So when the crowds saw what Paul had done, they shouted ¹  in the Lycaonian language, ²  “The gods have come down to us in human form!” ³ 

but emptied himself by taking on the form of a slave, ¹  by looking like other men, ²  and by sharing in human nature. ³ 

and the Holy Spirit descended on him in bodily form like a dove. ¹  And a voice came from heaven, “You are my one dear Son; ²  in you I take great delight.” ³
