They are dividing up my clothes among themselves; they are rolling dice ¹  for my garments.

The dice are thrown into the lap, ¹  but their every decision ²  is from the Lord. ³ 

When ¹  they had crucified ²  him, they divided his clothes by throwing dice. ³ 

Then ¹  they crucified ²  him and divided his clothes, throwing dice ³  for them, to decide what each would take.

[But Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing.”] ¹  Then ²  they threw dice ³  to divide his clothes. ⁴ 

So the soldiers said to one another, “Let’s not tear it, but throw dice ¹  to see who will get it.” ²  This took place ³  to fulfill the scripture that says, “They divided my garments among them, and for my clothing they threw dice.” ⁴  So the soldiers did these things.
