Jesus replied, ¹  “Your brother will come back to life again.” ² 

Now these are the names of the twelve apostles: ¹  first, Simon ²  (called Peter), and Andrew his brother; James son of Zebedee and John his brother;

“Brother ¹  will hand over brother to death, and a father his child. Children will rise against ²  parents and have them put to death.

“If ¹  your brother ²  sins, ³  go and show him his fault ⁴  when the two of you are alone. If he listens to you, you have regained your brother.

“Teacher, Moses said, ‘If a man dies without having children, his brother must marry the widow and father children ¹  for his brother.’ ² 

Brother will hand over brother to death, and a father his child. Children will rise against ¹  parents and have them put to death.

For whoever does the will of God is ¹  my brother and sister and mother.”

He did not let anyone follow him except Peter, James, ¹  and John, the brother of James.

Simon ¹  (whom he named Peter), and his brother Andrew; and James, John, Philip, Bartholomew, ² 

Watch ¹  yourselves! If ²  your brother ³  sins, rebuke him. If ⁴  he repents, forgive him.

One of Jesus’ disciples, ¹  Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother, said to him,

Martha ¹  said to Jesus, “Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died.

He had James, the brother of John, executed with a sword. ¹ 

So by your knowledge the weak brother or sister, ¹  for whom Christ died, is destroyed. ² 

But I saw none of the other apostles ¹  except James the Lord’s brother.

From Paul, ¹  an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, and Timothy our brother,

Yet do not regard him as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother. ¹ 

If a brother or sister ¹  is poorly clothed and lacks daily food,

From ¹  the elder, ²  to Gaius ³  my dear brother, whom I love in truth. ⁴ 

But I say to you that anyone who is angry with a brother ¹  will be subjected to judgment. And whoever insults ²  a brother will be brought before ³  the council, ⁴  and whoever says ‘Fool’ ⁵  will be sent ⁶  to fiery hell. ⁷
