They took the boy home alive and were greatly ¹  comforted.

The Lord is alive! ¹  My protector ²  is praiseworthy! ³  The God who delivers me ⁴  is exalted as king! ⁵ 

My bones stick to my skin and my flesh; ¹  I have escaped ²  alive ³  with only the skin of my teeth.
