If a man redeems ¹  part of his tithe, however, he must add one fifth to it. ² 

And which of you by worrying can add even one hour to his life? ¹ 

And which of you by worrying ¹  can add an hour to his life? ² 

And to all these ¹  virtues ²  add ³  love, which is the perfect bond. ⁴ 

For this very reason, ¹  make every effort ²  to add to your faith excellence, ³  to excellence, knowledge;

If, however, the person who made the vow redeems the animal, ¹  he must add one fifth to ²  its conversion value.

(13:1) ¹  You ²  must be careful to do everything I am commanding you. Do not add to it or subtract from it! ³ 

for they will provide ¹  a long and full life, ²  and they will add well-being ³  to you.

Do not add to his words, lest he reprove you, and prove you to be a liar. ¹ 

add the pieces of meat to it, every good piece, the thigh and the shoulder; fill it with choice bones.

Then in the fifth year you may eat its fruit to add its produce to your harvest. ¹  I am the Lord your God.

Give instruction ¹  to a wise person, ²  and he will become wiser still; teach ³  a righteous person and he will add to his ⁴  learning.

or anything about which he swears falsely. ¹  He must restore it in full ²  and add one fifth to it; he must give it to its owner when he is found guilty. ³ 

If, however, ¹  it is among the unclean animals, he may ransom it according to ²  its conversion value and must add one fifth to it, but if it is not redeemed it must be sold according to its conversion value.

Do not add a thing to what I command you nor subtract from it, so that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God that I am delivering to ¹  you.

and then you are careful to observe all these commandments ¹  I am giving ²  you today (namely, to love the Lord your God and to always walk in his ways), then you must add three more cities ³  to these three.
