every kind of crow, ¹ 

every raven after its species,

They entered, ¹  along with every living creature after its kind, every animal after its kind, every creeping thing that creeps on the earth after its kind, and every bird after its kind, everything with wings. ² 

These you may eat from them: ¹  the locust of any kind, the bald locust of any kind, the cricket of any kind, the grasshopper of any kind.

the kite, the buzzard of any kind, ¹ 

He told them, “This kind can come out only by prayer.” ¹ 

Of the birds after their kinds, and of the cattle after their kinds, and of every creeping thing of the ground after its kind, two of every kind will come to you so you can keep them alive. ¹ 

Love is patient, love is kind, it is not envious. Love does not brag, it is not puffed up.

Instead, ¹  be kind to one another, compassionate, forgiving one another, just as God in Christ also forgave you. ² 

the eagle owl, ¹  the short-eared owl, the long-eared owl, the hawk of any kind,

Stay away from every form of evil.

God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the cattle according to their kinds, and all the creatures that creep along the ground according to their kinds. God saw that it was good.

the kite, the black kite, the dayyah ¹  after its species,

the stork, the heron of any kind, the hoopoe, and the bat.

God created the great sea creatures ¹  and every living and moving thing with which the water swarmed, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. God saw that it was good.

A kind person ¹  benefits ²  himself, ³  but a cruel person brings himself trouble. ⁴ 

But someone will say, “How are the dead raised? With what kind of body will they come?”

the stork, the heron after its species, the hoopoe, the bat,
