I am willing to shame and humiliate myself even more than this! ¹  But with the slave girls whom you mentioned let me be distinguished!”

It is better to be lowly in spirit ¹  with the afflicted than to share the spoils ²  with the proud.

Proud men will be brought low, arrogant men will be humiliated; ¹  the Lord alone will be exalted ²  in that day.

He is to examine the infection, and if ¹  the infection in the walls of the house consists of yellowish green or reddish eruptions, ²  and it appears to be deeper than the surface of the wall, ³
