So Laban entered Jacob’s tent, and Leah’s tent, and the tent of the two female servants, but he did not find the idols. ¹  Then he left Leah’s tent and entered Rachel’s. ² 

“‘This is the law: When a man dies ¹  in a tent, anyone who comes into the tent and all who are in the tent will be ceremonially unclean seven days.

Then they asked him, “Where is Sarah your wife?” He replied, “There, ¹  in the tent.”

And he put the gold altar in the tent of meeting in front of the curtain,

This is the service of the Kohathites in the tent of meeting, relating to the most holy things. ¹ 

He rejected the tent of Joseph; he did not choose the tribe of Ephraim.

And he put the table in the tent of meeting, on the north side of the tabernacle, outside the curtain.

And he put the lampstand in the tent of meeting opposite the table, on the south side of the tabernacle.

And ¹  the responsibilities of the Gershonites in the tent of meeting included the tabernacle, the tent with its covering, the curtain at the entrance of the tent of meeting,

This is what they are responsible to carry as their entire service in the tent of meeting: the frames ¹  of the tabernacle, its crossbars, its posts, its sockets,

You must place them ¹  in the tent of meeting before the ark of the covenant ²  where I meet with you.

Then Moses placed the staffs before the Lord in the tent of the testimony. ¹ 

The Lord appeared in the tent in a pillar of cloud that ¹  stood above the door of the tent.

The most rewarded ¹  of women should be Jael, the wife of Heber the Kenite! She should be the most rewarded of women who live in tents.

He said, ¹  “I will not enter my own home, ²  or get into my bed. ³ 

Then the Lord said to Moses, “The day of your death is near. Summon Joshua and present yourselves in the tent ¹  of meeting ²  so that I can commission him.” ³  So Moses and Joshua presented themselves in the tent of meeting.

You are to beat some of it very fine and put some of it before the ark of the testimony in the tent of meeting where I will meet with you; it is to be most holy to you.

Outside the veil-canopy ¹  of the congregation in the Meeting Tent Aaron ²  must arrange it from evening until morning before the Lord continually. This is a perpetual statute throughout your generations. ³ 

¹ Now the Lord ²  spoke ³  to Moses in the tent of meeting ⁴  in the wilderness ⁵  of Sinai ⁶  on the first day of the second month of the second year after ⁷  the Israelites ⁸  departed from the land of Egypt. ⁹  He said:

from thirty years old and upward to fifty years old, all who enter the company ¹  to do the work in the tent of meeting.
