He conceals ¹  the face of the full moon, ²  shrouding it with his clouds.

Because he covered his face with fat, ¹  and made ²  his hips bulge with fat, ³ 

Yet I have not been silent because of the darkness, because of the thick darkness that covered my face. ¹ 

See how he scattered ¹  his lightning ²  about him; he has covered the depths ³  of the sea.

With his hands ¹  he covers ²  the lightning, and directs it against its target.

He guided them safely along, while the sea covered their enemies.

The shrewd person ¹  conceals ²  knowledge, but foolish people ³  publicize folly. ⁴ 

¹ On ²  the day that the tabernacle was set up, ³  the cloud ⁴  covered the tabernacle – the tent of the testimony ⁵  – and from evening until morning there was ⁶  a fiery appearance ⁷  over the tabernacle.
