For they suffer no pain; ¹  their bodies ²  are strong and well-fed. ³ 

seven fine-looking, fat cows were coming up out of the Nile, ¹  and they grazed in the reeds.

Then he fell asleep again and had a second dream: There were seven heads of grain growing ¹  on one stalk, healthy ²  and good.

The thin heads swallowed up the seven healthy and full heads. Then Pharaoh woke up and realized it was a dream. ¹ 

Then seven fat and fine-looking cows were coming up out of the Nile, and they grazed in the reeds. ¹ 

The lean, bad-looking cows ate up the seven ¹  fat cows.

He brought the tribute payment to King Eglon of Moab. (Now Eglon was a very fat man.)

You eat the fat, you clothe yourselves with the wool, you slaughter the choice animals, but you do not feed the sheep!

Because of his success ¹  he offers sacrifices to his throw net and burns incense to his dragnet; ²  for because of them he has plenty of food, ³  and more than enough to eat. ⁴ 

The bad-looking, thin cows ate the seven fine-looking, fat cows. Then Pharaoh woke up.

ten calves fattened in the stall, ¹  twenty calves from the pasture, and a hundred sheep, not to mention rams, gazelles, deer, and well-fed birds.

“‘Therefore, this is what the sovereign Lord says to them: Look, I myself will judge between the fat sheep and the lean sheep.

At the end of the ten days their appearance was better and their bodies were healthier ¹  than all the young men who had been eating the royal delicacies.

Indeed, I am about to raise up a shepherd in the land who will not take heed to the sheep headed to slaughter, will not seek the scattered, and will not heal the injured. ¹  Moreover, he will not nourish the one that is healthy but instead will eat the meat of the fat sheep ²  and tear off their hooves.
