Then he directed them all to sit down in groups on the green grass.

So they reclined in groups of hundreds and fifties.

(Now about five thousand men ¹  were there.) ²  Then ³  he said to his disciples, “Have ⁴  them sit down in groups of about fifty each.”

Their inheritance must be apportioned ¹  by lot among the larger and smaller groups.
