Hypocrites! Isaiah prophesied correctly about you when he said,

But Peter began and explained it to them point by point, ¹  saying,

“Repent, ¹  for the kingdom of heaven is near.”

Then ¹  he began to teach ²  them by saying:

Then he touched their eyes saying, “Let it be done for you according to your faith.”

Jesus spoke ¹  to them again in parables, saying:

He said to them, “How then does David by the Spirit call him ‘Lord,’ saying,

“The ¹  experts in the law ²  and the Pharisees ³  sit on Moses’ seat.

But he denied it in front of them all: ¹  “I don’t know what you’re talking about!”

But ¹  Jesus rebuked him: ²  “Silence! Come out of him!” ³ 

Jesus ¹  sent him home, saying, “Do not even go into the village.” ² 

Then ¹  his father Zechariah was filled with the Holy Spirit and prophesied, ² 

But Jesus ¹  gently took her by the hand and said, ²  “Child, get up.”

He then ¹  told them a parable: ²  “The land of a certain rich man produced ³  an abundant crop,

So ¹  Jesus ²  told them ³  this parable: ⁴ 

So ¹  he called out, ²  “Jesus, Son of David, ³  have mercy ⁴  on me!”

But Peter ¹  denied it: “Woman, ²  I don’t know ³  him!”

You who tell others not to commit adultery, do you commit adultery? You who abhor ¹  idols, do you rob temples?

saying, “Surely I will bless you greatly and multiply your descendants abundantly.” ¹ 

and said, “This is the blood of the covenant that God has commanded you to keep.” ¹
