When King Herod ¹  heard this he was alarmed, and all Jerusalem with him.

Then ¹  Jesus ²  traveled throughout ³  towns ⁴  and villages, teaching and making his way toward ⁵  Jerusalem. ⁶ 

After Jesus ¹  had said this, he continued on ahead, ²  going up to Jerusalem. ³ 

Now the Jewish feast of Passover ¹  was near, so Jesus went up to Jerusalem. ² 

After this ¹  there was a Jewish feast, ²  and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. ³ 

After these days we got ready ¹  and started up ²  to Jerusalem.

When we arrived in Jerusalem, the brothers welcomed us gladly. ¹ 

Now ¹  three days after Festus ²  arrived in the province, he went up to Jerusalem ³  from Caesarea. ⁴ 

Then after fourteen years I went up to Jerusalem ¹  again with Barnabas, taking Titus along too.

Then people from Jerusalem, ¹  as well as all Judea and all the region around the Jordan, were going out to him,

As he entered Jerusalem the whole city was thrown into an uproar, ¹  saying, “Who is this?”

The next day the large crowd that had come to the feast heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem. ¹ 

nor did I go up to Jerusalem ¹  to see those who were apostles before me, but right away I departed to Arabia, ²  and then returned to Damascus.

Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem ¹  to visit Cephas ²  and get information from him, ³  and I stayed with him fifteen days.

After Jesus was born in Bethlehem ¹  in Judea, in the time ²  of King Herod, ³  wise men ⁴  from the East came to Jerusalem ⁵ 

not by earth, because it is his footstool, and not by Jerusalem, ¹  because it is the city of the great King.

As Jesus was going up to Jerusalem, ¹  he took the twelve ²  aside privately and said to them on the way,

“Look, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be handed over to the chief priests and the experts in the law. ¹  They will condemn him to death,

Now ¹  when they approached Jerusalem ²  and came to Bethphage, ³  at the Mount of Olives, ⁴  Jesus sent two disciples,

Now ¹  as they approached Jerusalem, ²  near Bethphage ³  and Bethany, at the Mount of Olives, ⁴  Jesus ⁵  sent two of his disciples
