Then ¹  the women remembered his words, ² 

He has helped his servant Israel, remembering ¹  his mercy, ² 

He has done this ¹  to show mercy ²  to our ancestors, ³  and to remember his holy covenant ⁴  –

Then ¹  he said, “Jesus, remember me ²  when you come in ³  your kingdom.”

As I remember your tears, I long to see you, ¹  so that I may be filled with joy.

and said, “Sir, we remember that while that deceiver was still alive he said, ‘After three days I will rise again.’

He is not here, but has been raised! ¹  Remember how he told you, while he was still in Galilee, ² 

His disciples remembered that it was written, “Zeal ¹  for your house will devour me.” ² 

and said, ‘Cornelius, your prayer has been heard and your acts of charity ¹  have been remembered before God. ² 

I praise you ¹  because you remember me in everything and maintain the traditions just as I passed them on to you.

“For I will be merciful toward their evil deeds, and their sins I will remember no longer.” ¹ 

But you, dear friends – recall the predictions ¹  foretold by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ. ² 

So then, if you bring your gift to the altar and there remember that your brother has something against you,

Then Peter remembered what Jesus had said: “Before the rooster crows, you will deny me three times.” And he went outside and wept bitterly. ¹ 

And I remembered the word of the Lord, ¹  as he used to say, ²  ‘John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.’ ³ 

I want you to recall ¹  both ²  the predictions ³  foretold by the holy prophets and the commandment of the Lord and Savior through your apostles. ⁴ 

But Abraham said, ‘Child, ¹  remember that in your lifetime you received your good things and Lazarus likewise bad things, but now he is comforted here and you are in anguish. ² 

So after he was raised from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this, and they believed the scripture ¹  and the saying ²  that Jesus had spoken.

(His disciples did not understand these things when they first happened, ¹  but when Jesus was glorified, ²  then they remembered that these things were written about him and that these things had happened ³  to him.) ⁴ 

The ¹  great city was split into three parts and the cities of the nations ²  collapsed. ³  So ⁴  Babylon the great was remembered before God, and was given the cup ⁵  filled with the wine made of God’s furious wrath. ⁶
