Then ¹  Jesus ²  left that place and entered their synagogue. ³ 

He told them, “It was because of your little faith. I tell you the truth, ¹  if you have faith the size of ²  a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; nothing ³  will be impossible for you.” ⁴ 

Then ¹  the entire town ²  came out to meet Jesus. And when they saw him, they begged him to leave their region.

When ¹  Jesus had finished instructing his twelve disciples, he went on from there to teach and preach in their towns.

When he left there, Jesus went along the Sea of Galilee. Then he went up a mountain, where he sat down.

Then Paul ¹  left ²  the synagogue ³  and went to the house of a person named Titius Justus, a Gentile who worshiped God, ⁴  whose house was next door to the synagogue.

We know that ¹  we have crossed over ²  from death to life ³  because ⁴  we love our fellow Christians. ⁵  The one who does not love remains in death. ⁶ 

Stay ¹  in that same house, eating and drinking what they give you, ²  for the worker deserves his pay. ³  Do not move around from house to house.

“I tell you the solemn truth, ¹  the one who hears ²  my message ³  and believes the one who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned, ⁴  but has crossed over from death to life.

So Jesus’ brothers ¹  advised him, “Leave here and go to Judea so your disciples may see your miracles that you are performing. ² 

But they were expecting that he was going to swell up ¹  or suddenly drop dead. So after they had waited ²  a long time and had seen ³  nothing unusual happen ⁴  to him, they changed their minds ⁵  and said he was a god. ⁶ 

Just before the Passover feast, Jesus knew that his time ¹  had come to depart ²  from this world to the Father. Having loved his own who were in the world, he now loved them to the very end. ³
