They left their nets immediately and followed him. ¹ 

And he got up and followed him, leaving everything ¹  behind. ² 

As he went along, he saw Levi, the son of Alphaeus, sitting at the tax booth. ¹  “Follow me,” he said to him. And he got up and followed him.

Simon Peter said to him, “Lord, where are you going?” Jesus replied, ¹  “Where I am going, you cannot follow me now, but you will follow later.”

They ¹  left their nets immediately and followed him. ² 

They ¹  immediately left the boat and their father and followed him.

After he came down from the mountain, large crowds followed him.

As he got into the boat, his disciples followed him. ¹ 

Jesus and his disciples got up and followed him.

Large crowds followed him, and he healed them there.

As they were leaving Jericho, ¹  a large crowd followed them.

Jesus ¹  went with him, and a large crowd followed and pressed around him.

So ¹  when they had brought their boats to shore, they left everything and followed ²  him.

When John’s ¹  two disciples heard him say this, ²  they followed Jesus. ³ 

for a crowd of people ¹  followed them, ²  screaming, “Away with him!”

As Jesus went on from there, he saw a man named Matthew sitting at the tax booth. ¹  “Follow me,” he said to him. And he got up and followed him.

And large crowds followed him from Galilee, the Decapolis, ¹  Jerusalem, ²  Judea, and beyond the Jordan River. ³ 

Then ¹  an expert in the law ²  came to him and said, “Teacher, I will follow you wherever you go.” ³ 

But Jesus said to him, “Follow me, and let the dead bury their own dead.” ¹ 

As Jesus went on from there, two blind men followed him, shouting, ¹  “Have mercy ²  on us, Son of David!” ³
