“When a garment has a diseased infection in it, ¹  whether a wool or linen garment, ² 

for the diseased garment, ¹  for the house, ² 

No one sews a patch of unshrunk cloth on an old garment, because the patch will pull away from the garment and the tear will be worse.

So I ¹  waste away like something rotten, ²  like a garment eaten by moths.
