He draws up drops of water; they distill ¹  the rain into its mist, ² 

He ¹  draws near to the place of corruption, and his life to the messengers of death. ² 

For my life ¹  is filled with troubles and I am ready to enter Sheol. ² 

Counsel ¹  in a person’s heart ²  is like ³  deep water, ⁴  but an understanding person ⁵  draws it out.

No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, ¹  and I will raise him up at the last day.

your infants, your wives, and the ¹  foreigners living in your encampment, those who chop wood and those who carry water –

The time has come; the day has struck! The customer should not rejoice, nor the seller mourn; for divine wrath ¹  comes against their whole crowd.

He lies in ambush in a hidden place, like a lion in a thicket; ¹  he lies in ambush, waiting to catch ²  the oppressed; he catches the oppressed ³  by pulling in his net. ⁴ 

If two men ¹  get into a hand-to-hand fight, and the wife of one of them gets involved to help her husband against his attacker, and she reaches out her hand and grabs his genitals, ² 

But my righteous one will live by faith, and if he shrinks back, I ¹  take no pleasure in him. ² 

For the one who finds me finds ¹  life and receives ²  favor from the Lord.

Wealth adds many friends, but a poor person is separated ¹  from his friend. ² 

I am ready to vindicate, ¹  I am ready to deliver, ²  I will establish justice among the nations. ³  The coastlands ⁴  wait patiently for me; they wait in anticipation for the revelation of my power. ⁵ 

But God ¹  drags off the mighty by his power; when God ²  rises up against him, he has no faith in his life. ³ 

He marks out the horizon ¹  on the surface of the waters as a boundary between light and darkness.

But when these things ¹  begin to happen, stand up and raise your heads, because your redemption ²  is drawing near.”

The one who reaps receives pay ¹  and gathers fruit for eternal life, so that the one who sows and the one who reaps can rejoice together.

Marriage must be honored among all and the marriage bed kept undefiled, for God will judge sexually immoral people and adulterers.

“To ¹  the angel of the church in Pergamum write the following: ²  “This is the solemn pronouncement of ³  the one who has the sharp double-edged sword: ⁴ 

For the Lord holds in his hand a cup full of foaming wine mixed with spices, ¹  and pours it out. ²  Surely all the wicked of the earth will slurp it up and drink it to its very last drop.” ³
