This was ¹  also to demonstrate ²  his righteousness in the present time, so that he would be just ³  and the justifier of the one who lives because of Jesus’ faithfulness. ⁴ 

God publicly displayed ¹  him ²  at his death ³  as the mercy seat ⁴  accessible through faith. ⁵  This was to demonstrate ⁶  his righteousness, because God in his forbearance had passed over the sins previously committed. ⁷ 

But if I build up again those things I once destroyed, ¹  I demonstrate that I am one who breaks God’s law. ² 

But what if God, willing to demonstrate his wrath and to make known his power, has endured with much patience the objects ¹  of wrath ²  prepared for destruction? ³ 

to demonstrate in the coming ages ¹  the surpassing wealth of his grace in kindness toward ²  us in Christ Jesus.

For there is no one here like him who will readily demonstrate his deep concern for you. ¹ 

For the scripture says to Pharaoh: ¹  “For this very purpose I have raised you up, that I may demonstrate my power in you, and that my name may be proclaimed in all the earth.” ² 

But here is why I was treated with mercy: so that ¹  in me as the worst, ²  Christ Jesus could demonstrate his utmost patience, as an example for those who are going to believe in him for eternal life.

Look, the Lord takes notice of his loyal followers, ¹  those who wait for him to demonstrate his faithfulness ² 

and you, O Lord, demonstrate loyal love. ¹  For you repay men for what they do. ² 

God has decreed that you will be powerful. ¹  O God, you who have acted on our behalf, demonstrate your power,

You are the God who does amazing things; you have revealed your strength among the nations.

But you, O Lord, are a compassionate and merciful God. You are patient ¹  and demonstrate great loyal love and faithfulness. ² 

Yet he delivered them for the sake of his reputation, ¹  that he might reveal his power.

You demonstrate your faithfulness to all generations. ¹  You established the earth and it stood firm.

Dear friend, ¹  you demonstrate faithfulness ²  by whatever you do for the brothers (even though they are strangers).

May you demonstrate wholehearted devotion to the Lord our God ¹  by following ²  his rules and obeying ³  his commandments, as you are presently doing.” ⁴ 

Whoever presents a thank-offering honors me. ¹  To whoever obeys my commands, I will reveal my power to deliver.” ² 

Listen to the painful cries of the prisoners! ¹  Use your great strength to set free those condemned to die! ² 

I will exalt and magnify myself; I will reveal myself before many nations. Then they will know that I am the Lord.’
