Then ¹  Jesus ²  told them a parable to show them they should always ³  pray and not lose heart. ⁴ 

So ¹  he said to them, “You ²  foolish people ³  – how slow of heart ⁴  to believe ⁵  all that the prophets have spoken!

You have no share or part ¹  in this matter ²  because your heart is not right before God!

For with the heart one believes and thus has righteousness ¹  and with the mouth one confesses and thus has salvation. ² 

But thanks be to God who put in the heart of Titus the same devotion ¹  I have for you,

Slaves, ¹  obey your human masters ²  with fear and trembling, in the sincerity of your heart as to Christ,

Yes, brother, let me have some benefit from you in the Lord. Refresh my heart in Christ. ¹ 

See to it, ¹  brothers and sisters, ²  that none of you has ³  an evil, unbelieving heart that forsakes ⁴  the living God. ⁵ 

But I will harden ¹  Pharaoh’s heart, and although I will multiply ²  my signs and my wonders in the land of Egypt,

But when Pharaoh saw that there was relief, ¹  he hardened ²  his heart and did not listen to them, just as the Lord had predicted. ³ 

But the Lord hardened ¹  Pharaoh’s heart, and he did not listen to them, just as the Lord had predicted to Moses.

So Pharaoh’s heart remained hard, ¹  and he did not release the Israelites, as the Lord had predicted through Moses.

So Moses and Aaron did all these wonders before Pharaoh, but the Lord hardened Pharaoh’s heart, and he did not release the Israelites from his land.

But the Lord hardened the heart of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and he chased after the Israelites. Now the Israelites were going out defiantly. ¹ 

“Tell the Israelites to take ¹  an offering ²  for me; from every person motivated by a willing ³  heart you ⁴  are to receive my offering.

‘Take ¹  an offering for the Lord. Let everyone who has a willing heart ²  bring ³  an offering to the Lord: ⁴  gold, silver, bronze,

And he has put it in his heart ¹  to teach, he and Oholiab son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan.

Moses summoned ¹  Bezalel and Oholiab and every skilled person in whom ²  the Lord had put skill – everyone whose heart stirred him ³  to volunteer ⁴  to do the work,

You must not hate your brother in your heart. You must surely reprove your fellow citizen so that you do not incur sin on account of him. ¹ 

But if you seek the Lord your God from there, you will find him, if, indeed, you seek him with all your heart and soul. ¹
