By faith Joseph, at the end of his life, ¹  mentioned the exodus of the sons of Israel ²  and gave instructions about his burial. ³ 

But if you do not experience discipline, ¹  something all sons ²  have shared in, then you are illegitimate and are not sons.

Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered Isaac his son on the altar?

And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son to be the Savior ¹  of the world.

and in the midst of the lampstands was one like a son of man. ¹  He was dressed in a robe extending down to his feet and he wore a wide golden belt ²  around his chest.

Now ¹  I heard the number of those who were marked with the seal, ²  one hundred and forty-four thousand, sealed from all ³  the tribes of the people of Israel: ⁴ 

The one who conquers ¹  will inherit these things, and I will be his God and he will be my son.

All things have been given to me by my Father. ¹  No one knows who the Son is except the Father, or who the Father is except the Son and anyone to whom the Son decides ²  to reveal him.”

She will give birth to a son and you will name him ¹  Jesus, ²  because he will save his people from their sins.”

And ¹  a voice from heaven said, ²  “This is my one dear Son; ³  in him ⁴  I take great delight.” ⁵ 

The tempter came and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, command these stones to become bread.” ¹ 

so that you may be like ¹  your Father in heaven, since he causes the sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.

but the sons of the kingdom will be thrown out into the outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.” ¹ 

They ¹  cried out, “Son of God, leave us alone! ²  Have you come here to torment us before the time?” ³ 

And if I cast out demons by Beelzebul, by whom do your sons ¹  cast them ²  out? For this reason they will be your judges.

The Son of Man will send his angels, and they will gather from his kingdom everything that causes sin as well as all lawbreakers. ¹ 

and said, “Lord, have mercy on my son, because he has seizures ¹  and suffers terribly, for he often falls into the fire and into the water.

When ¹  they gathered together in Galilee, Jesus told them, “The Son of Man is going to be betrayed into the hands of men. ² 

“Look, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be handed over to the chief priests and the experts in the law. ¹  They will condemn him to death,

just as the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom ¹  for many.”
