I sent you to reap what you did not work for; others have labored and you have entered into their labor.”

“I tell you the solemn truth, ¹  the one who does not enter the sheepfold ²  by the door, ³  but climbs in some other way, is a thief and a robber.

And after Judas ¹  took the piece of bread, Satan entered into him. ²  Jesus said to him, ³  “What you are about to do, do quickly.”

So Pilate went back into the governor’s residence, ¹  summoned Jesus, and asked him, “Are you the king of the Jews?” ² 

and he went back into the governor’s residence ¹  and said to Jesus, “Where do you come from?” But Jesus gave him no answer.

Then Simon Peter, who had been following him, arrived and went right into the tomb. He saw ¹  the strips of linen cloth lying there,

Then the other disciple, who had reached the tomb first, came in, and he saw and believed. ¹ 

Thus one of the men ¹  who have accompanied us during all the time the Lord Jesus associated with ²  us,

He ¹  jumped up, ²  stood and began walking around, and he entered the temple courts ³  with them, walking and leaping and praising God.

About three o’clock one afternoon ¹  he saw clearly in a vision an angel of God ²  who came in ³  and said to him, “Cornelius.”

The following day ¹  he entered Caesarea. ²  Now Cornelius was waiting anxiously ³  for them and had called together his relatives and close friends.

So when ¹  Peter came in, Cornelius met ²  him, fell ³  at his feet, and worshiped ⁴  him.

The same thing happened in Iconium ¹  when Paul and Barnabas ²  went into the Jewish synagogue ³  and spoke in such a way that a large group ⁴  of both Jews and Greeks believed.

But after the disciples had surrounded him, he got up and went back ¹  into the city. On ²  the next day he left with Barnabas for Derbe. ³ 

They strengthened ¹  the souls of the disciples and encouraged them to continue ²  in the faith, saying, “We must enter the kingdom ³  of God through many persecutions.” ⁴ 

When they came out of the prison, they entered Lydia’s house, and when they saw the brothers, they encouraged them and then ¹  departed.

Paul went to the Jews in the synagogue, ¹  as he customarily did, and on three Sabbath days he addressed ²  them from the scriptures,

So Paul ¹  entered ²  the synagogue ³  and spoke out fearlessly ⁴  for three months, addressing ⁵  and convincing ⁶  them about the kingdom of God. ⁷ 

On the next day we left ¹  and came to Caesarea, ²  and entered ³  the house of Philip the evangelist, who was one of the seven, ⁴  and stayed with him.

But when the son of Paul’s sister heard about the ambush, ¹  he came and entered ²  the barracks ³  and told Paul.
