For ¹  neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for ²  anything; the only thing that matters is a new creation! ³ 

For we hear that some among you are living an undisciplined life, ¹  not doing their own work but meddling in the work of others. ² 

But we know that the law is good if someone uses it legitimately,

To do this ¹  you must hold firmly to faith and a good conscience, which some have rejected and so have suffered shipwreck in regard to the faith.

This saying ¹  is trustworthy: “If someone aspires to the office of overseer, ²  he desires a good work.”

For we have brought nothing into this world and so ¹  we cannot take a single thing out either.

By professing it, some have strayed from the faith. ¹  Grace be with you all. ² 

Also, if anyone competes as an athlete, he will not be crowned as the winner ¹  unless he competes according to the rules. ² 

Now if he has defrauded you of anything or owes you anything, charge what he owes ¹  to me.

For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God.

but only a certain fearful expectation of judgment and a fury ¹  of fire that will consume God’s enemies. ² 

Someone who rejected the law of Moses was put to death ¹  without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. ² 

For God had provided something better for us, so that they would be made perfect together with us. ¹ 

Do not neglect hospitality, because through it some have entertained angels without knowing it. ¹ 

For that person must not suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord,

For this finds God’s favor, ¹  if because of conscience toward God ²  someone endures hardships in suffering unjustly.

But let none of you suffer as a murderer or thief or criminal or as a troublemaker. ¹ 

Whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in heaven will ¹  also forgive you your sins.” ² 

Now ¹  Jesus ²  was praying in a certain place. When ³  he stopped, one of his disciples said to him, “Lord, teach us to pray, just as John ⁴  taught ⁵  his disciples.”

But Zacchaeus stopped and said to the Lord, “Look, Lord, half of my possessions I now give ¹  to the poor, and if ²  I have cheated anyone of anything, I am paying back four times as much!”
