(The Emites ¹  used to live there, a people as powerful, numerous, and tall as the Anakites.

Their territory extended ¹  from Aroer at the edge of the Arnon valley as far as Mount Siyon ²  – that is, Hermon –

Joshua conquered the area between Kadesh Barnea and Gaza and the whole region of Goshen, all the way to Gibeon. ¹ 

The land allotted to the tribe of Gad by its clans included these cities and their towns. ¹ 

Moses assigned land to the half-tribe of Manasseh ¹  by its clans.

The gold nails weighed 50 shekels; he also plated the upper areas with gold.

The righteousness of the upright will deliver them, ¹  but the faithless will be captured ²  by their own desires. ³ 

The wicked person ¹  earns ²  deceitful wages, ³  but the one who sows ⁴  righteousness reaps ⁵  a genuine ⁶  reward. ⁷ 

In the path of righteousness there is life, but another path leads to death. ¹ 

The Lord abhors ¹  the way of the wicked, but he loves those ²  who pursue ³  righteousness.

Doing wickedness ¹  is an abomination to kings, because a throne ²  is established in righteousness.

remove the wicked from before the king, ¹  and his throne ²  will be established in righteousness. ³ 

¹ I was beside myself with joy! ²  There please give me your myrrh, ³  O daughter of my princely people. ⁴ 

¹ The way of the righteous is level, the path of the righteous that you make is straight. ² 

The Lord is exalted, ¹  indeed, ²  he lives in heaven; ³  he fills Zion with justice and fairness.

and the chambers of the court was 35 feet ¹  in width all around the temple on every side.

and also the width of the front of the temple and the courtyard on the east as 175 feet. ¹ 

While in Galilee, he moved from Nazareth ¹  to make his home in Capernaum ²  by the sea, ³  in the region of Zebulun and Naphtali,

Now when Jesus learned of this, he went away from there. Great ¹  crowds ²  followed him, and he healed them all.
