And in the same way you also should be glad and rejoice together with me.

Do they not blaspheme the good name of the one you belong to? ¹

Then ¹  would I speak and not fear him, but it is not so with me. ² 

“Even today my complaint is still bitter; ¹  his ²  hand is heavy despite ³  my groaning.

Would he contend ¹  with me with great power? No, he would only pay attention to me. ² 

There ¹  an upright person could present his case ²  before him, and I would be delivered forever from my judge.

I put on righteousness and it clothed me, ¹  my just dealing ²  was like a robe and a turban;

I was a father ¹  to the needy, and I investigated the case of the person I did not know;

God is a just judge; he is angry throughout the day. ¹ 

It is as if I have been given fertile fields or received a beautiful tract of land. ¹
