At ¹  that time ²  a great disturbance ³  took place concerning the Way. ⁴ 

Most excellent Felix, ¹  we acknowledge this everywhere and in every way ²  with all gratitude. ³ 

So in the same way at the present time there is a remnant chosen by grace.

And in the same way you also should be glad and rejoice together with me.

Now may God our Father himself and our Lord Jesus direct our way to you.

In this way you will live ¹  a decent life before outsiders and not be in need. ²

Go to the flock and get me two of the best young goats. I’ll prepare ¹  them in a tasty way for your father, just the way he loves them.

So the Israelites did according to all that the Lord commanded Moses; that is the way ¹  they camped under their standards, and that is the way they traveled, each with his clan and family.

The Lord went on his way ¹  when he had finished speaking ²  to Abraham. Then Abraham returned home. ³ 

In this way Jacob ¹  became extremely prosperous. He owned ²  large flocks, male and female servants, camels, and donkeys.

In this way God has snatched away your father’s livestock and given them to me.

Then Esau ¹  said, “Let’s be on our way! ²  I will go in front of you.”

When his master heard his wife say, ¹  “This is the way ²  your slave treated me,” ³  he became furious. ⁴ 

¹ The Israelite foremen went and cried out to Pharaoh, “Why are you treating ²  your servants this way?
