A report ¹  about them came to the attention ²  of the church in Jerusalem, ³  and they sent Barnabas ⁴  to Antioch. ⁵ 

Then, after they had fasted ¹  and ²  prayed and placed their hands ³  on them, they sent them off.

Then the brothers sent Paul away to the coast ¹  at once, but Silas and Timothy remained in Berea. ² 

From Miletus ¹  he sent a message ²  to Ephesus, telling the elders of the church to come to him. ³ 

“Therefore be advised ¹  that this salvation from God ²  has been sent to the Gentiles; ³  they ⁴  will listen!” ⁵ 

But when the appropriate time ¹  had come, God sent out his Son, born of a woman, born under the law,

And because you are sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, who calls ¹  “Abba! ²  Father!”

And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son to be the Savior ¹  of the world.

Jesus sent out these twelve, instructing them as follows: ¹  “Do not go to Gentile regions ²  and do not enter any Samaritan town. ³ 

And after he sent the crowds away, he went up the mountain by himself to pray. When evening came, he was there alone.

When the people ¹  there recognized him, they sent word into all the surrounding area, and they brought all their sick to him.

The ¹  king was furious! He sent his soldiers, and they put those murderers to death ²  and set their city ³  on fire.

For Herod himself had sent men, arrested John, and bound him in prison on account of Herodias, his brother Philip’s wife, because Herod ¹  had married her.

So ¹  the king sent an executioner at once to bring John’s ²  head, and he went and beheaded John in prison.

“Whoever welcomes ¹  one of these little children ²  in my name welcomes me, and whoever welcomes me does not welcome me but the one who sent me.”

He sent two of his disciples and told them, “Go into the city, and a man carrying a jar ¹  of water will meet you. Follow him.

In the sixth month of Elizabeth’s pregnancy, ¹  the angel Gabriel ²  was sent by ³  God to a town of Galilee called Nazareth, ⁴ 

Yet ¹  Elijah was sent to none of them, but only to a woman who was a widow at Zarephath in Sidon. ² 

When the centurion ¹  heard ²  about Jesus, he sent some Jewish elders ³  to him, asking him to come ⁴  and heal his slave.

and sent them to Jesus ¹  to ask, ²  “Are you the one who is to come, ³  or should we look for another?”
