And when you see the south wind ¹  blowing, you say, ‘There will be scorching heat,’ and there is.

Then ¹  they will see the Son of Man arriving in a cloud ²  with power and great glory.

So also you, when you see these things happening, know ¹  that the kingdom of God ²  is near.

(Now the day on which Jesus made the mud ¹  and caused him to see ²  was a Sabbath.) ³ 

They asked the parents, ¹  “Is this your son, whom you say ²  was born blind? Then how does he now see?”

Then they said to him, “What did he do to you? How did he cause you to see?” ¹ 

Jesus responded, ¹  “Didn’t I tell you that if you believe, you would see the glory of God?”

So these approached Philip, ¹  who was from Bethsaida in Galilee, and requested, ²  “Sir, we would like to see Jesus.”

“Look!” he said. ¹  “I see the heavens opened, and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God!”

Immediately ¹  something like scales ²  fell from his eyes, and he could see again. He ³  got up and was baptized,

“And now ¹  I know that none ²  of you among whom I went around proclaiming the kingdom ³  will see me ⁴  again.

The next day Paul went in with us to see James, and all the elders were there. ¹ 

For I long to see you, so that I may impart to you some spiritual gift ¹  to strengthen you,

But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with endurance. ¹ 

let their eyes be darkened so that they may not see, and make their backs bend continually.” ¹ 

For this reason also I wrote you: ¹  to test you to see ²  if you are obedient in everything.

though I am confident in the Lord that I too will be coming to see you ¹  soon.

As I remember your tears, I long to see you, ¹  so that I may be filled with joy.

See to it, ¹  brothers and sisters, ²  that none of you has ³  an evil, unbelieving heart that forsakes ⁴  the living God. ⁵ 

But see how great he must be, if ¹  Abraham the patriarch gave him a tithe ²  of his plunder.
