If they want to find out about something, they should ask their husbands at home, because it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in church. ¹

With regard to the collection for the saints, please follow the directions that I gave to the churches of Galatia: ¹

And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades ¹  will not overpower it.

This is the man who was in the congregation ¹  in the wilderness ²  with the angel who spoke to him at Mount Sinai, and with our ancestors, ³  and he ⁴  received living oracles ⁵  to give to you. ⁶
