Then he must bring his guilt offering to the Lord, a flawless ram from the flock, convertible into silver shekels, ¹  for a guilt offering to the priest.

“In this way Aaron is to enter into the sanctuary – with a young bull ¹  for a sin offering ²  and a ram for a burnt offering. ³ 

He must also take ¹  two male goats ²  from the congregation of the Israelites for a sin offering and one ram for a burnt offering.

This is what is to be done ¹  for each ox, or each ram, or each of the male lambs or the goats.

So Balak did just as Balaam had said. Balak and Balaam then offered on each ¹  altar a bull and a ram.
