A person’s wisdom ¹  makes him slow to anger, ²  and it is his glory ³  to overlook ⁴  an offense.

The glory ¹  of young men is their strength, and the splendor ²  of old men is gray hair. ³ 

It is not good ¹  to eat too much honey, nor is it honorable for people to seek their own glory. ² 

When the righteous rejoice, ¹  great is the glory, ²  but when the wicked rise to power, people are sought out. ³ 

everyone who belongs to me, ¹  whom I created for my glory, whom I formed – yes, whom I made!

Then the glory of the Lord moved away from the threshold of the temple and stopped above the cherubim.

The glory of the Lord rose up from within the city and stopped ¹  over the mountain east of it.

The glory of the Lord came into the temple by way of the gate that faces east.

Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his glory was clothed like one of these!

Then everyone ¹  will see the Son of Man arriving in the clouds ²  with great power and glory.

“Glory ¹  to God in the highest, and on earth peace among people ²  with whom he is pleased!” ³ 

“Blessed is the king ¹  who comes in the name of the Lord! ²  Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!”

Then ¹  they will see the Son of Man arriving in a cloud ²  with power and great glory.

Wasn’t ¹  it necessary ²  for the Christ ³  to suffer these things and enter into his glory?”

Jesus responded, ¹  “Didn’t I tell you that if you believe, you would see the glory of God?”

And now, Father, glorify me at your side ¹  with the glory I had with you before the world was created. ² 

but ¹  glory and honor and peace for everyone who does good, for the Jew first and also the Greek.

He ¹  did not waver in unbelief about the promise of God but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God.

For I consider that our present sufferings cannot even be compared ¹  to the glory that will be revealed to us.

For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory forever! Amen.
