Philip replied, ¹  “Two hundred silver coins worth ²  of bread would not be enough for them, for each one to get a little.”

But some boats from Tiberias ¹  came to shore ²  near the place where they had eaten the bread after the Lord had given thanks. ³ 

Our ancestors ¹  ate the manna in the wilderness, just as it is written, ‘He gave them bread from heaven to eat.’” ² 

Then the Jews who were hostile to Jesus ¹  began complaining about him because he said, “I am the bread that came down from heaven,”

This ¹  is the bread that has come down from heaven, so that a person ²  may eat from it and not die.

And after Judas ¹  took the piece of bread, Satan entered into him. ²  Jesus said to him, ³  “What you are about to do, do quickly.”

When they got out on the beach, ¹  they saw a charcoal fire ready ²  with a fish placed on it, and bread.

Every day ¹  they continued to gather together by common consent in the temple courts, ²  breaking bread from ³  house to house, sharing their food with glad ⁴  and humble hearts, ⁵ 

When he saw that this pleased the Jews, ¹  he proceeded to arrest Peter too. (This took place during the feast of Unleavened Bread.) ² 

We ¹  sailed away from Philippi ²  after the days of Unleavened Bread, ³  and within five days ⁴  we came to the others ⁵  in Troas, ⁶  where we stayed for seven days.

Then Paul ¹  went back upstairs, ²  and after he had broken bread and eaten, he talked with them ³  a long time, until dawn. Then he left.

After he said this, Paul ¹  took bread ²  and gave thanks to God in front of them all, ³  broke ⁴  it, and began to eat.

For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you, that the Lord Jesus on the night in which he was betrayed took bread,

For every time you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.

Jesus replied, ¹  “It is the one to whom I will give this piece of bread ²  after I have dipped it in the dish.” ³  Then he dipped the piece of bread in the dish ⁴  and gave it to Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son.

how he entered the house of God and they ate ¹  the sacred bread, ²  which was against the law ³  for him or his companions to eat, but only for the priests? ⁴ 

Now on the first day of the feast of ¹  Unleavened Bread the disciples came to Jesus and said, ²  “Where do you want us to prepare for you to eat the Passover?” ³
