The king had them cast in earthen foundries ¹  in the region of the Jordan between Succoth and Zarethan.

So now, residents of Jerusalem, ¹  people ²  of Judah, you decide between me and my vineyard!

Treat my Sabbaths as holy ¹  and they will be a reminder of our relationship, ²  and then you will know that I am the Lord your God.”

Moreover, they will teach my people the difference between the holy and the common, and show them how to distinguish between the ceremonially unclean and the clean. ¹ 

Then once more you will see that I make a distinction between ¹  the righteous and the wicked, between the one who serves God and the one who does not.
