For last night an angel of the God to whom I belong ¹  and whom I serve ²  came to me ³ 

For we know that the law is spiritual – but I am unspiritual, sold into slavery to sin. ¹ 

For whenever someone says, “I am with Paul,” or “I am with Apollos,” are you not merely human? ¹ 

I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content in any circumstance.

In fact, the scene ¹  was so terrifying that Moses said, “I shudder with fear.” ² 

Indeed, as long as I am in this tabernacle, ¹  I consider it right to stir you up by way of a reminder,

Am I not ¹  permitted to do what I want with what belongs to me? Or are you envious because I am generous?’ ² 

‘I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob’? ¹  He is not the God of the dead but of the living!” ² 

Then ¹  Judas, the one who would betray him, said, “Surely not I, Rabbi?” Jesus ²  replied, “You have said it yourself.”

teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And remember, ¹  I am with you ²  always, to the end of the age.” ³ 

He proclaimed, ¹  “One more powerful than I am is coming after me; I am not worthy ²  to bend down and untie the strap ³  of his sandals.

for they all saw him and were terrified. But immediately he spoke to them: ¹  “Have courage! It is I. Do not be afraid.”

But when Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus’ knees, saying, “Go away from me, Lord, ¹  for I am a sinful man!” ² 

For who is greater, the one who is seated at the table, ¹  or the one who serves? Is it not ²  the one who is seated at the table? But I am among you as one ³  who serves.

Then ¹  a little later someone else ²  saw him and said, “You are one of them too.” But Peter said, “Man, ³  I am not!”

So ¹  they all said, “Are you the Son of God, ²  then?” He answered ³  them, “You say ⁴  that I am.”

So they asked him, “Then who are you? ¹  Are you Elijah?” He said, “I am not!” ²  “Are you the Prophet?” ³  He answered, “No!”

Then the Jews who were hostile to Jesus ¹  began complaining about him because he said, “I am the bread that came down from heaven,”

But if I judge, my evaluation is accurate, ¹  because I am not alone when I judge, ²  but I and the Father who sent me do so together. ³ 

Thus I told you ¹  that you will die in your sins. For unless you believe that I am he, ²  you will die in your sins.”
