Then ¹  Jesus said to the chief priests, the officers of the temple guard, ²  and the elders who had come out to get him, “Have you come out with swords and clubs like you would against an outlaw? ³ 

Even on my servants, ¹  both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy. ² 

But to keep this matter from spreading any further among the people, let us warn them to speak no more ¹  to anyone in this name.”

Then as I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell on ¹  them just as he did ²  on us at the beginning. ³ 

Is this blessedness ¹  then for ²  the circumcision ³  or also for ⁴  the uncircumcision? For we say, “faith was credited to Abraham as righteousness.” ⁵ 

But again I ask, didn’t Israel understand? ¹  First Moses says, “I will make you jealous by those who are not a nation; with a senseless nation I will provoke you to anger.” ² 

Or is he not surely speaking for our benefit? It was written for us, because the one plowing and threshing ought to work in hope of enjoying the harvest.

Therefore we have been encouraged. And in addition to our own encouragement, we rejoiced even more at the joy of Titus, because all of you have refreshed his spirit. ¹ 

toward the administration of the fullness of the times, to head up ¹  all things in Christ – the things in heaven ²  and the things on earth. ³ 

Command those who are rich in this world’s goods ¹  not to be haughty or to set their hope on riches, which are uncertain, ²  but on God who richly provides us with all things for our enjoyment.

Then ¹  I saw in the right hand of the one who was seated on the throne a scroll written on the front and back ²  and sealed with seven seals. ³ 

Then ¹  the angel I saw standing on the sea and on the land raised his right hand to heaven

Then ¹  the twenty-four elders who are seated on their thrones before God threw themselves down with their faces to the ground ²  and worshiped God

So ¹  the one seated on the cloud swung his sickle over the earth, and the earth was reaped.

and Josiah ¹  the father of Jeconiah and his brothers, at the time of the deportation to Babylon.

And you will be brought before governors and kings ¹  because of me, as a witness to them and the Gentiles.

As the night was ending, ¹  Jesus came to them walking on the sea. ² 

When the disciples heard this, they were overwhelmed with fear and threw themselves down with their faces to the ground. ¹ 

When the crowds heard this, they were amazed at his teaching.

Now when the Pharisees ¹  heard that he had silenced the Sadducees, ²  they assembled together. ³
