with a bud under the first ¹  two branches from it, and a bud under the next ²  two branches from it, and a bud under the third ³  two branches from it, according to the six branches that extend from the lampstand.

Indeed, the coastlands ¹  look eagerly for me, the large ships ²  are in the lead, bringing your sons from far away, along with their silver and gold, to honor the Lord your God, ³  the Holy One of Israel, ⁴  for he has bestowed honor on you.

You can present them to the Lord as an offering of first fruit, ¹  but they must not go up to the altar for a soothing aroma.
