When ¹  Jesus ²  saw their ³  faith he said, “Friend, ⁴  your sins are forgiven.” ⁵ 

Since many ¹  are boasting according to human standards, ²  I too will boast.

Isaac asked them, “Why have you come to me? You hate me ¹  and sent me away from you.”

But when Jesus turned and saw her he said, “Have courage, daughter! Your faith has made you well.” ¹  And the woman was healed ²  from that hour.

When ¹  he saw one of them being hurt unfairly, ²  Moses ³  came to his defense ⁴  and avenged the person who was mistreated by striking down the Egyptian.

By faith he left Egypt without fearing the king’s anger, for he persevered as though he could see the one who is invisible.

If a man gives his neighbor a donkey or an ox or a sheep or any beast to keep, and it dies or is hurt ¹  or is carried away ²  without anyone seeing it, ³ 

Her prophets coat their messages with whitewash. ¹  They see false visions and announce lying omens for them, saying, ‘This is what the sovereign Lord says,’ when the Lord has not spoken.

As a result, the crowd was amazed when they saw the mute speaking, the crippled healthy, the lame walking, and the blind seeing, and they praised the God of Israel.

But after turning and looking at his disciples, he rebuked Peter and said, “Get behind me, Satan. You are not setting your mind on God’s interests, but on man’s.” ¹ 

He ¹  said, “You have been given ²  the opportunity to know ³  the secrets ⁴  of the kingdom of God, ⁵  but for others they are in parables, so that although they see they may not see, and although they hear they may not understand. ⁶ 

Absalom lived in Jerusalem for two years without seeing the king’s face.

They say, ¹  “Commit yourself ²  to the Lord! Let the Lord ³  rescue him! Let the Lord ⁴  deliver him, for he delights in him.” ⁵ 

You see ¹  many things, but don’t comprehend; ²  their ears are open, but do not hear.”

When Jesus saw their ¹  faith, he said to the paralytic, “Son, your sins are forgiven.” ² 

So then the Jewish leaders ¹  responded, ²  “What sign can you show us, since you are doing these things?” ³ 

Your father Abraham was overjoyed ¹  to see my day, and he saw it and was glad.” ² 

So because these facts ¹  are indisputable, ²  you must keep quiet ³  and not do anything reckless. ⁴ 

Do not lie to one another since you have put off the old man with its practices

After all, Abraham ¹  will surely become ²  a great and powerful nation, and all the nations on the earth will pronounce blessings on one another ³  using his name.
