Judge for yourselves: Is it proper for a woman to pray to God with her head uncovered?

For by grace you are saved ¹  through faith, ²  and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God;

For you yourselves know, brothers and sisters, ¹  about our coming to you – it has not proven to be purposeless. ² 

so that no one would be shaken by these afflictions. For you yourselves know that we are destined for this.

and to esteem them most highly in love because of their work. Be at peace among yourselves.

For you know yourselves how you must imitate us, because we did not behave without discipline ¹  among you,

But be sure you live out the message and do not merely listen to it and so deceive yourselves.

But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith, by praying in the Holy Spirit, ¹ 

maintain ¹  yourselves in the love of God, while anticipating ²  the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that brings eternal life. ³ 

But accumulate for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and thieves do not break in and steal.

When Jesus learned of this, ¹  he said, “You who have such little faith! ²  Why are you arguing ³  among yourselves about having no bread?

‘No,’ they replied. ¹  ‘There won’t be enough for you and for us. Go instead to those who sell oil and buy some for yourselves.’

Salt ¹  is good, but if it loses its saltiness, ²  how can you make it salty again? Have salt in yourselves, and be at peace with each other.”

There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth ¹  when you see Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, ²  and all the prophets in the kingdom of God ³  but you yourselves thrown out. ⁴ 

And I tell you, make friends for yourselves by how you use worldly wealth, ¹  so that when it runs out you will be welcomed ²  into the eternal homes. ³ 

When ¹  he saw them he said, “Go ²  and show yourselves to the priests.” ³  And ⁴  as they went along, they were cleansed.

But Jesus turned to them and said, “Daughters of Jerusalem, ¹  do not weep for me, but weep for yourselves ²  and for your children.

You go up ¹  to the feast yourselves. I am not going up to this feast ²  because my time ³  has not yet fully arrived.” ⁴ 

Pilate told them, ¹  “Take him yourselves and pass judgment on him ²  according to your own law!” ³  The Jewish leaders ⁴  replied, ⁵  “We cannot legally put anyone to death.” ⁶ 

but since it concerns points of disagreement ¹  about words and names and your own law, settle ²  it yourselves. I will not be ³  a judge of these things!”
