And while they were eating he said, “I tell you the truth, ¹  one of you will betray me.” ² 

telling them, “You are to say, ‘His disciples came at night and stole his body ¹  while we were asleep.’

Then ¹  they went to a place called Gethsemane, and Jesus ²  said to his disciples, “Sit here while I pray.”

Now ¹  while Peter was below in the courtyard, one of the high priest’s slave girls ²  came by.

They went out and proclaimed everywhere, while the Lord worked with them and confirmed the word through the accompanying signs.]]

While the people were filled with anticipation ¹  and they all wondered ²  whether perhaps John ³  could be the Christ, ⁴ 

Now when ¹  all the people were baptized, Jesus also was baptized. And while he was praying, ²  the heavens ³  opened,

So ¹  Jesus said to them, “You cannot make the wedding guests ²  fast while the bridegroom ³  is with them, can you? ⁴ 

because a friend of mine has stopped here while on a journey, ¹  and I have nothing to set before ²  him.’

Now ¹  while some were speaking about the temple, how it was adorned ²  with beautiful stones and offerings, ³  Jesus ⁴  said,

He is not here, but has been raised! ¹  Remember how he told you, while he was still in Galilee, ² 

While they were saying these things, Jesus ¹  himself stood among them and said to them, “Peace be with you.” ² 

He became hungry and wanted to eat, but while they were preparing the meal, a trance came over him. ¹ 

While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell on ¹  all those who heard the message. ² 

Now while Gallio ¹  was proconsul ²  of Achaia, ³  the Jews attacked Paul together ⁴  and brought him before the judgment seat, ⁵ 

While ¹  Apollos was in Corinth, ²  Paul went through the inland ³  regions ⁴  and came to Ephesus. ⁵  He ⁶  found some disciples there ⁷ 

While we remained there for a number of days, ¹  a prophet named Agabus ²  came down from Judea.

“While doing this very thing, ¹  as I was going ²  to Damascus with authority and complete power ³  from the chief priests,

But God demonstrates his own love for us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Surely you recall ¹  that I used to tell you these things while I was still with you.
