Jesus said to him, “Stand up! Pick up your mat ¹  and walk.”

The one who says he resides ¹  in God ²  ought himself to walk ³  just as Jesus ⁴  walked.

All that walk on their paws among all the creatures that walk on all fours ¹  are unclean to you. Anyone who touches their carcass will be unclean until the evening,

All these strong ones ¹  are scattering; they have sought permission to go and walk about over the earth.” The Lord had said, “Go! Walk about over the earth!” So they are doing so.

(Now this is love: that we walk ¹  according to his commandments.) This is the commandment, just as you have heard from the beginning; thus ²  you should walk in it. ³ 

I will walk among you, and I will be your God and you will be my people.

I myself will also walk in hostility against you and strike you ¹  seven times on account of your sins.

We would share personal thoughts with each other; ¹  in God’s temple we would walk together among the crowd.

Singers walk in front; musicians follow playing their stringed instruments, ¹  in the midst of young women playing tambourines. ² 

נ (Nun) Your word ¹  is a lamp to walk by, and a light to illumine my path. ² 

So ¹  you will walk in the way of good people, ²  and will keep on the paths of the righteous. ³ 

When you walk, your steps ¹  will not be hampered, ²  and when you run, ³  you will not stumble.

Do not enter the path of the wicked or walk ¹  in the way of those who are evil.

I considered all the living who walk on earth, ¹  as well as the successor ²  who would arise ³  in his place.

Thus I will strengthen them by my power, ¹  and they will walk about ²  in my name,” says the Lord.

But he answered them, “The man who made me well said to me, ‘Pick up your mat ¹  and walk.’”

They asked him, “Who is the man who said to you, ‘Pick up your mat ¹  and walk’?” ² 

The nations ¹  will walk by its light and the kings of the earth will bring their grandeur ²  into it.

When Abram was 99 years old, ¹  the Lord appeared to him and said, ²  “I am the sovereign God. ³  Walk ⁴  before me ⁵  and be blameless. ⁶ 

warn ¹  them of the statutes and the laws, and make known to them the way in which they must walk ²  and the work they must do. ³
