Evil men borrow, but do not repay their debt, but the godly show compassion and are generous. ¹ 

He says, ¹  “How long will you make unjust legal decisions and show favoritism to the wicked? ²  (Selah)

Certainly ¹  O Lord, you are kind ²  and forgiving, and show great faithfulness to all who cry out to you.

Remember me, O Lord, when you show favor to your people! Pay attention to me, when you deliver,

For he never bothered to show kindness; ¹  he harassed the oppressed and needy, and killed the disheartened. ² 

for jealousy kindles ¹  a husband’s ²  rage, and he will not show mercy ³  when he takes revenge.

What is desirable ¹  for a person is to show loyal love, ²  and a poor person is better than a liar. ³ 

to show you true and reliable words, ¹  so that you may give accurate answers ²  to those who sent you?

“As in the days when you departed from the land of Egypt, I will show you ¹  miraculous deeds.” ² 

“The Lord who rules over all said, ‘Exercise true judgment and show brotherhood and compassion to each other.

Now the Lord said ¹  to Abram, ²  “Go out ³  from your country, your relatives, and your father’s household to the land that I will show you. ⁴ 

Now, if you will show faithful love to my master, tell me. But if not, tell me as well, so that I may go on my way.” ¹ 

But remember me ¹  when it goes well for you, and show ²  me kindness. ³  Make mention ⁴  of me to Pharaoh and bring me out of this prison, ⁵ 

But ¹  for this purpose I have caused you to stand: ²  to show you ³  my strength, and so that my name may be declared ⁴  in all the earth.

and in the place of the boil there is a white swelling or a reddish white bright spot, he must show himself to the priest. ¹ 

“‘You ¹  must not deal unjustly in judgment: ²  you must neither show partiality to the poor nor honor the rich. ³  You must judge your fellow citizen fairly. ⁴ 

“O, Lord God, ¹  you have begun to show me ²  your greatness and strength. ³  (What god in heaven or earth can rival your works and mighty deeds?)

and he ¹  delivers them over to you and you attack them, you must utterly annihilate ²  them. Make no treaty ³  with them and show them no mercy!

However, only to your ancestors did he ¹  show his loving favor, ²  and he chose you, their descendants, ³  from all peoples – as is apparent today.

You must not pervert justice or show favor. Do not take a bribe, for bribes blind the eyes of the wise and distort ¹  the words of the righteous. ²
