Therefore no fear of me should terrify you, nor should my pressure ¹  be heavy on you. ² 

There is no actual speech or word, nor is its ¹  voice literally heard.

We have not been unfaithful, ¹  nor have we disobeyed your commands. ² 

But I will not remove ¹  my loyal love from him, nor be unfaithful to my promise. ² 

None who go in to her will return, ¹  nor will they reach the paths of life. ² 

for riches do not last ¹  forever, nor does a crown last ²  from generation to generation.

I have not learned wisdom, nor do I have knowledge ¹  of the Holy One. ² 

Do not give your strength ¹  to women, nor your ways ²  to that which ruins ³  kings.

“A disciple is not greater than his teacher, nor a slave ¹  greater than his master.

For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they say, ‘He has a demon!’ ¹ 

He will not quarrel or cry out, nor will anyone hear his voice in the streets.

Nor are you to be called ‘teacher,’ for you have one teacher, the Christ. ¹ 

“For ¹  no good tree bears bad ²  fruit, nor again ³  does a bad tree bear good fruit,

For ¹  three days he could not see, and he neither ate nor drank anything. ² 

nor can they prove ¹  to you the things ²  they are accusing me of doing. ³ 

nor to seek glory from people, either from you or from others,

He ¹  committed no sin nor was deceit found in his mouth. ² 

Now Mephibosheth, Saul’s grandson, ¹  came down to meet the king. From the day the king had left until the day he safely ²  returned, Mephibosheth ³  had not cared for his feet ⁴  nor trimmed ⁵  his mustache nor washed his clothes.

Neither he nor any of his attendants showed any alarm when they heard all that had been read. Nor did they tear their clothes to show any grief or sorrow. ¹ 

This happened because of the wickedness the people living there did. ¹  They made me angry ²  by worshiping and offering sacrifice to ³  other gods whom neither they nor you nor your ancestors ⁴  previously knew. ⁵
